At SMK Consulting & Training Agency, we are committed to providing valuable digital training programs, resources, and community support. Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all payments made to SMK are generally non-refundable once access to the program, materials, or community has been granted.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

● A duplicate payment was made for the same product or service.

● A technical issue prevented access to the purchased service and could not be

resolved by our team.

● Exceptional circumstances reviewed and approved by SMK management.

Refund requests must be submitted via email within 48 hours of purchase. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider. SMK reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the conditions listed above.

Subscription Cancellation & Renewal Policy

Some SMK services operate on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying SMK at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. If cancellation is not requested within this time frame, the subscription may automatically renew and the next billing cycle may be charged.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable for that billing period. Members will continue to have access to the service, resources, or community until the end of their current subscription cycle.

If a subscription payment fails, access to subscription benefits may be paused or revoked until the outstanding payment is successfully completed.

Course Completion Policy

Students are required to complete their purchased course within three (3) months from the date of payment. Access to the course materials, training sessions, and support resources is provided for this duration.

Course access cannot be deferred, extended, or postponed beyond the three-month period. Students who do not complete their course within this timeframe may lose access and may be required to re-enroll and make a new payment to regain access to the program.
